Whether you use a Virtual or Dedicated Team Server, we offer real estate agents, or small offices, who work in a team environment an opportunity to truly collaborate with their team members. The Team functionality enhances every The Smarter Agent Desktop software package to incorporate data synchronization which allows sharing of contacts, appointments, listings, transactions, etc. amongst all your team members - agents or assistants.

Have personal data that you don't want to share? Just mark them private and they remain your's alone.

You can adjust your calendar view at any time to see the calendars of any team member to find and schedule meetings for everyone at a convenient time. Need someone available to show a house or attend a closing? Just check out their calendars to see who is available. Then just schedule them for the activity and it will now appear on their calendars. No longer do you have to call around to see who's available! The same goes for all activities whether appointment, todo or call.

You can customize almost any aspect of your application so that you can work the way you like to work. Need to store information that The Smarter Agent doesn't? Just use a custom field. Add fields to contacts, listings or transactions so that you can save any information that you need.

Team synchronization occurs behind the scenes so you never have to worry about syncing your data; whether you are within your local area network (LAN) to your team server or through an Internet connection to the remote Virtual Computer your data will be synchronized with your team.

Example Small Team User:

You are a husband and wife team. Order a Virtual Team with one additional license. As you grow, the Smarter Agent will grow with you. Add a full-time or part-time office assistant at any time, just activate an additional license. Perhaps there is a desktop in the office for your assistant, and the husband and wife each have laptops. All users would synchronize their data to your Virtual Team Computer so that everyone is always up to date.

Example Large Team User:

You are a large team with 5 agents and 5 assistants, a total team of 10 people, and let’s assume each person on the team has one computer, either desktop or laptop. You can get operate in the standard Virtual Team envionment or for higher performance and security setup The Smarter Agent™ Dedicated Team Server. When in the office, you will synchronize directly with your team server. On the road, no problem, as soon as you have an internet connection you will synchronize with your Virtual Team computer. You can always add additional licenses as your team grows.
