Founding Principles

The Smarter Agent, LLC was founded by active, full-time working real estate professionals. The goal in designing the entire product line was to vastly improve the state of software available to real estate agents after realizing that there was virtually no integrated real estate software available in the market place. Since 2001 Real Estate agents have been using & benefiting from The Smarter Agent to improve their business and customer service.

The Smarter Agent was created out of frustration with the overwhelming amount of different products available, with their costly duplication, high learning curves, excessive time wasted and error prone processes of copying data from one application to another! Many other real estate specific software programs available today incorporates one or two functions, but forces the agents to use another application for the other tasks. Thus, agents are entering and re-entering data numerous times in a variety of non-uniform products. The Smarter Agent puts these problems to rest; everything is consolidated into one easy to use software application.
